The main goal of describing the scene using SysML to achieve a generic description of a VR scene that can be used in different VR systems with minimal extra effort. The behaviour description used to simulate VR scene in CAVE was put to test on a head mounted display (HMD). In this particular case, the components involved and the simulation flow is as shown in the below figure.
Although the interfaces of the SysML description with the VR software and the interaction device has to be adjusted, the same scene description could be reused from the case of CAVE simulation. The result is a real time interactive simulation inside a HMD.
